Short Form Videos That Stop the Scroll
A focused opening, readable text and a strong rhythm give a short video a clear reason to watch.

Introduction
Short videos need a focused idea. I look for an opening that belongs to the story, then build a sequence that carries that idea through to the ending.
1. Choose One Message
Pick the central thought before adding more detail. A short clip works best when each moment contributes to it.
2. Make the Text Readable
Use clear hierarchy and enough screen time. Check the words on a phone so the message stays easy to follow.
3. Compose for the Frame
Plan the work for portrait or landscape from the start. Keep important details away from areas covered by interface controls.
4. Build a Consistent Style
Use related type, colors and transitions across a series. A small visual toolkit gives the work a recognizable character.
5. Give Motion a Job
Use movement to reveal, connect or emphasize an idea. The animation should help the viewer follow the sequence.
Final Thought
I shape short-form edits around a clear message and a deliberate rhythm. The final piece should feel complete even in a compact format.
